And she sold my Mom’s house on the same block at the same time! So now you know Heather is Amazing!! She compared our houses to similar homes… not just what ever had sold in the neighborhood in the past week! Heather compared our homes to other similar, beloved, cared for homes, and got us fair prices!

If there was an issue, she helped us overcome the obstacle!! She prevented my mom from being swindled by a bogus termite inspection. She helped us find contractors to take care of items uncovered by inspection. Heather made a difficult process so much better than it could have been!

Because we had already moved on, Heather arranged for the closings to magically take place without our having to be there!
