And she sold my Mom’s house on the same block at the same time! So now you know Heather is Amazing!! She compared our houses to similar homes… not just what ever had sold in the neighborhood in the past week! Heather compared our homes to other similar, beloved, cared for homes, and got us fair prices!

If there was an issue, she helped us overcome the obstacle!! She prevented my mom from being swindled by a bogus termite inspection. She helped us find contractors to take care of items uncovered by inspection. Heather made a difficult process so much better than it could have been!

Because we had already moved on, Heather arranged for the closings to magically take place without our having to be there!

If there were more stars to give, she definitely deserves them. Knowledgeable and very modest. We used Heather to buy our first home. She was referred to us by a close friend who also had great experiences with her. Heather was very patient with us as we looked at countless houses. She was very good at stepping back and letting us take in each home in but also knew when it was time to make suggestions to us. We were particularly impressed with her organizational abilities. Each day she had a well designed plan to show us many homes in all kinds of areas. We were able to quickly assess what areas we liked in terms of desired location and available services. Heather was extremely knowledgeable and could easily answer all our questions. She is a quick study in determining what our priorities were and helped us to narrow our search to find a house with our style and location in mind. Heather did a superb job of advising me of the value of the property and exactly what she thought she could sell the property for. I can't say we were the easiest clients to have. Not only were we shopping for houses from 6 hours away, but we only allotted one day of actual house tours before we had to decide and move forward. This meant that it was critical that our realtor be really well-prepared and patient. Heather was absolutely great! We've never met a more patient realtor, and we are a military family that moves around a lot, so we've met a LOT of realtors. The first time we used Heather Stewart as our Realtor was over 12 years ago. We were first time home owners and she helped us find the perfect starter home. We lived in that home for 5 years before we decided to sell that house and move into somewhere with more room. Our family had the opportunity to move to Wichita, KS without having ever been to the city. My first step was to find an agent and get some information. Heather seemed like the perfect fit for us and soon after talking with her, we were right. Our first phone conversation consisted of her telling us many wonderful things about Wichita. We weren't sure yet if we were going to be relocating to Wichita so Heather mailed a huge packet full of information on the city, schools, churches, restaurants, shopping, etc. I thought this went well above and beyond her position giving that we hadn't even decided to relocate or purchase a home yet. Her information helped aid us in the decision to move! Then came the task of finding a house in ONE weekend. Several weeks lead up to this one big weekend. Many phone conversations and emails later Heather had several neighborhoods picked out that she felt fit our families needs. Let me say that she NAILED it! I was referred to Heather from a good friend after having trouble selling my house. Heather sold his house after listing on the market for a two week duration. When I told him about my situation, he gave me her number and I called to setup an appointment. She listed my house and gave lots of exposure to it. Upon the first week of listing, there were lots of showing and lots of activities on the house. Heather knows her work very well and is a professional when it comes to selling my house.
